Our Consortium

 The EEN KosInn Consortium represents Kosovo within the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), funded under the EU Single Market Programme (SMP COSME EEN). It is composed of three complementary institutions, each with unique strengths and mandates to deliver specialized support services to SMEs — with a shared mission of advancing innovation, internationalization, digitalization, and sustainability.

The project is implemented under Grant Agreement No. 101212999 and coordinated nationally by Prishtina REA, in close partnership with STIKK – the Kosovo ICT Association, and the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCC).

Together, Prishtina REA, STIKK, and KCC form a powerful, EU-aligned consortium that delivers strategic, technical, and hands-on support to help Kosovar SMEs thrive in a competitive global economy. Through the EEN KosInn project, they provide a gateway for local companies to access European markets, funding opportunities, innovation networks, and tailored advisory services.


Prishtina REA  is the national coordinator and lead institution of the EEN KosInn Consortium and one of Kosovo’s most respected and accomplished economic development organisation. Founded in 2001, Prishtina REA is widely recognized for its professionalism, results-driven approach, and long-standing impact on SME development, public sector reform, and innovation systems.

With over 20 years of experience, the agency has successfully implemented more than 300 donor-funded projects across Kosovo and the Western Balkans, supporting SME competitiveness, start-up and innovation ecosystems, digital transformation, public administration reform, intangible cultural heritage, cross-border cooperation, tourism development, ICT sector growth, and VET system internationalization.

As the coordinator of EEN KosInn, Prishtina REA is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning, reporting, communication, quality assurance, and delivery of specialized services. It ensures full compliance with EU procedures under the Single Market Programme, while fostering seamless collaboration with its consortium partners: STIKK and the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCC).

The organisation holds ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) certifications, employs more than 35 full-time staff, and manages a consultant network of over 500 experts, ensuring robust internal capacity and technical depth.

Prishtina REA has demonstrated excellence in organizing B2B and matchmaking events, developing export promotion and internationalization strategies, supporting SME digital transformation, and delivering capacity building and training programs. Additionally, they have shown strong capabilities in grant writing, implementation, and evaluation, as well as in monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment.

Within the EEN KosInn framework, Prishtina REA delivers tailor-made, value-added services to SMEs, including business diagnostics, innovation audits, sustainability assessments, and EU market access support. As the primary liaison to the Enterprise Europe Network, it plays a vital role in fostering cross-border partnerships and scaling Kosovar enterprises into the Single Market and global supply chains.

More than just a coordinator, Prishtina REA is a catalyst for Kosovo’s economic transformation. Its proven leadership, technical excellence, and cross-sector impact make it the ideal anchor institution to guide Kosovo’s integration into Europe’s innovation and business ecosystem.


STIKK is the national voice of Kosovo’s ICT and digital sector, established in 2008 and representing approximately 85% of the country’s ICT market. It is a key driver of digital transformation, innovation policy, and international partnerships.

STIKK manages the Tech Park Prishtina, a 4,000m² hub that hosts local and international tech companies and serves as a base for EEN KosInn activities. It leads initiatives in ICT education, certifications, EU program access, and market development. Through strategic partnerships with WITSA, European Digital SME Alliance, and others, STIKK connects Kosovo’s ICT ecosystem to global innovation networks.

STIKK organizes the region’s largest tech event, the KosICT Festival, co-hosted with Prishtina REA, and supports SMEs in accessing Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, and EIC programs.

Its services focus on digitalization, innovation, funding access, resilience building, and international matchmaking.

Within EEN KosInn, STIKK delivering first and second-level advisory services, B2B facilitation, and EU market entry support for Kosovar ICT Ecosystem.

 Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCC) is Kosovo’s principal business institution, representing a diverse membership of SMEs, large enterprises, sectoral associations, and international investors. KCC plays a vital role in supporting economic development, export readiness, and policy advocacy.

KCC offers a wide portfolio of business advisory services, training and capacity building, and export promotion programs. It delivers over 40 local and 20 international events annually, including B2B meetings, conferences, trade missions, and forums. Through its national and regional offices, KCC maintains deep outreach across Kosovo’s business landscape.

In the EEN KosInn framework, KCC organizes high-quality B2B matchmaking, provides EU market intelligence, assists SMEs with certifications and compliance, and supports participation in international fairs and networks. 

KCC ensures that EEN KosInn services are accessible to all economic sectors and promotes digital transformation, innovation, and global connectivity among its members.
